Congratulations Song Gayeon! :-)
anyone doing a summary of SBS Roommate episode 16?
won’t be able to watch it for another couple of days.
Lee Da Hae! Park Minwoo! aaack! i’m so curious! can’t wait!
I loved this episode so much, I’m going to write my comments and reactions about it.
> My top favorite people are in the Japan team [Dongwook, Minwoo + Gayeon, Sungwoo… Sorry Kangjun ;)] so i enjoyed their scenes more.
> Dongwook is so funny, i dunno why people say he isn’t! From the first episode he showed his humor. It’s not slapstick humor, but still hilarious. I dunno, maybe sense of humor is a generation thing.
> Basically i love this episode because it showed a lot of Dongwook. Shin Sungwoo, so humble! Now we get to hear his awesome voice! He looked pained by the whole thing though. Still, for his fans.:-) and the Roommates waving their arms in the back!
> Gayeon is so lucky! Spending time with the guys and being looked after.
> Minwoo waking up! Minwoo waking Gayeon! Hot Spring\Spa! I will have this bit forever on repeat. I’m loving how they did not focus on the mistakes and misfortunes like it was the end of the world. Good job editor!
> The guys playing like kids.
> Minwoo and Dongwook playing. Dongwook kicking Minwoo. :-)
> i was relieved that Gayeon wasn’t naked. Haha. Her towel was in a nude color.
> The owl cafe part was awesome. Again showed Dongwook’s wit. Loved his expressions. What’s up with the fan? :-)
> Kangjun is a beautiful man, imo. He’s too pretty!
> He kinda reminds me of Dara. A bit quirky! But he isn’t saying much. Like he’s cautious. Wish he’d talk more. Hehe.
> Gayeon: “omo!”
> Best part, the toy panda!
> Sungwoo saying: “Ya~ Lee Dongwook you stupid punk!”
[Toy panda repeats]
Minwoo: “You should buy this.”
> Minwoo biting a part of the wrapper.
> Minwoo bargaining with the toy panda was absolutely hilarious. Even made Sungwoo laugh. Ah i laughed so hard. Minwoo~~ I just wanted to see Se Ho’s reaction when he sees the crowd in the fanmeeting.
> Poor Chanyeol, leading a sheltered celebrity life. =_=
> When he got out, where were the girls? So weird.
> Nana really was raised well. Really she has good manners. Very respectful. Not a utilitarian gift giver, though. Haha. Im not sure about those hairbands, girl!
> Ruby could be a celebrity. Haha. Love her!
> Spirited Away is my absolute favorite animated movie. I was happy that Soohyun and Nana knew about it, and they went to Jiufan, the inspiration for the bathhouse and streets.
> Now i absolutely want to go to Taiwan, to visit Jiufan. And the night markets. And a temple.
> Really, this Kong Ling Xi. He’s a great guy! It was so nice of him to do all those things for Se Ho. I really think he empathized.
> i thought Sora, Soo Hyun, and Nana were already in the venue and Kong was joking about them not being there. But the girls were really in Jiufan! Wth. Maybe they didn’t have much faith in the fanmeeting being a success? But it was also great that they visited Jiufan. AH but i’m still torn. They could’ve supported him, or at least came a bit earlier.
> Anyway I cried so hard when SeHo saw the crowd. SeHo, good job!!
It’s the kind of episode you’d want to repeat over and over again. [i’ve watched it three times today] These are really the kind of situations and sides of the Roommates we want to see them in. Good job PD and editors! :-)
i’m at that point where i’ve turned into the exact person i didn’t want to become a few years ago.
nothing really major. just adapted little quirks i found annoying in other people.
something that makes me say, “ah! i’m now that kind of girl/person!” in a not so very good way.
this is also one of those times that i’m actually pretty proud to be self-aware and introverted.. or else i wouldn’t catch myself.
anyway, lesson learned: don’t be out of actual human interaction for so long. proper socializing needs practice.
